Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5-day free trial

New Pro subscriptions start with a 5-day free trial. A payment method is required at checkout, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise, the first subscription payment is taken automatically when the trial ends.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or a yearly renewal payment. Refund requests are processed through our payment provider.

EU withdrawal rights

EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. Our 14-day refund period is intended to align with that period and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact support@capispot.com from the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
