1. The service
CapiSpot is portfolio tracking and analytics software. It is provided by a private individual operating the service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and user data
You are responsible for your login details and for the accuracy of transactions and other information you enter or import. You must be at least 18 years old. Do not attempt to access another user's data or misuse the service.
3. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Pro subscriptions are offered monthly or yearly and are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. After cancellation, access remains active through the current paid period. Trial, cancellation and refund details are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Market data
Prices, fundamentals and other market information come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. We do not replace unavailable quotes with estimates. You should independently verify important information.
5. Analytics and AI features
Optional analytics operate only after consent. AI features provide informational analysis and are subject to our AI Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
6. No investment advice
CapiSpot provides software and information, not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, brokerage, portfolio management or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CapiSpot is not liable for investment losses or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and referrals
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or on this page. Referral rewards, when offered, have no cash value, are not transferable and may be withheld in cases of self-referral or abuse.
